How it works
The team follows the steps: ask a focus question, think individually for 1 minute, exchange ideas in pairs for 2 minutes, distill in fours for 4 minutes, and share the strongest patterns in plenary. Each step is captured visibly. At the end, an idea list, shared insights, and emergent themes are available so decisions, tests, or actions can follow directly.

Facilitation
Prepare a clearly visible question, timeboxes, and a simple collection surface. Moderate the transitions consistently and keep the rounds short so energy builds. A typical mistake is letting the plenary round run too long; ask for patterns rather than every individual idea.
