An atlas for methods

I am a software and enterprise architect with more than 20 years of experience developing and shaping complex systems.

My professional path began as an electronics technician in aircraft electronics, continued through computer science studies into software development, and later moved into architecture roles across software, systems, and enterprise levels. During that time I worked in international organizations on software architecture, cloud platforms, Domain Driven Design, event-driven systems, architecture governance, and technical transformation programs.

I am fascinated by how complex systems work. That applies to software as much as companies, markets, knowledge systems, and societal developments. That is why I work deeply with systems thinking, complexity science, and the design of robust structures that remain actionable under change.

Today I connect that perspective with modern AI systems. My focus is on knowledge systems, graph technologies, retrieval systems, AI architectures, and the question of how people and organizations can make better decisions in a world of growing information complexity.

In parallel I am converting a Peugeot Boxer into a camper. The project stands for a location-independent work model that connects technical expertise with personal freedom. When I am not working on architecture models, knowledge maps, or AI projects, I spend time with photography, music, cooking on the road, or exploring new places with my dog Lesco.

What drives me is less technology itself than the search for clarity. Good systems reduce complexity, create orientation, and help people make better decisions. That is what I work on.
