|---|---|---|---|
Purposedifferent | During an acute incident with several people involved, the method creates a clear leadership and communication structure. It reduces chaos when fast coordination and clean situational awareness are both needed at once. | With only a few minutes available and a still-fuzzy solution search, the method forces a wide range of variants. It produces fast sketches before the first idea can settle in, making different directions directly comparable and open to further development. | For operational work in a distributed team, the method links communication with direct system control. It records decisions right where the signal, the context, and the execution come together. |
