Method, Runsheet, and Session

This page explains the path from a selected method to a prepared and live-facilitated session: read the profile, use the Runsheet, plan the session, and facilitate in facilitator mode.

01

Understand the method profile

The profile shows purpose, boundaries, flow, visual orientation, sources, and method neighborhood.

  • Start with purpose, context, and boundaries.
  • Use the visual to understand structure, flow, or thinking model faster.
  • Read similar methods and alternatives when choosing between several paths.
  • Sources link to solid original material for deeper reading.

02

Use the Runsheet

The Runsheet is the concrete execution guide for a method. You reach it from the method profile.

  • Check prerequisites, material, preparation, and expected output.
  • Use phases and timeboxes as the flow.
  • Keep pitfalls, warning signs, and stop criteria visible.

Tip: Read the Runsheet once in full before the session. During the session it works as a cheat sheet, not a script.

03

Plan a session

Session planning turns method knowledge into a concrete work block.

  • Describe goal, context, roles, input, and desired outcome.
  • Use the generated agenda as a starting point for the real meeting.
  • Copy session brief and work artifact when continuing outside the app.
04

Start a session

Session start opens facilitator mode in the Runsheet and supports execution.

  • Work phase by phase with timer, facilitation hint, and next step.
  • Use warnings and pitfalls during facilitation.
  • Keep the view on tablet, laptop, or a second screen next to the workshop surface.

Tip: Plan buffers deliberately. Timeboxes in the Runsheet are guide values, not a stopwatch against the group.
